Anhui Baomai has been approved to construct a project in Jiyang County, Chizhou City, which includes an annual mining and processing capacity of 30 million tons of dolomite aggregates and machine-made sand, a 26-kilometer-long belt conveyor for annual dolomite transportation of 30 million tons, an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons of high-performance magnesium-based light alloys, 150,000 tons of deep-processed light alloy products, 1 million tons of steel solvents, a 25 million-ton annual freight terminal, a 4.5 million-ton annual dedicated railway line for iron and steel transportation, and research and development centers, as well as living facilities such as a central control center. The main project is scheduled to commence full-scale construction in the second half of 2021.
